What you will need:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted (or olive oil)
- 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
- Toppings: cayenne pepper & paprika for a nice kick OR cinnamon for sweeter fries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch long slices
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with melted coconut oil, salt, and your topping choice
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet without overlapping (option to sprinkle on more salt here)
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender and golden brown
- For crispier fries, broil on low for 2 minutes
- Let sweet potatoes cool for 5-10 minutes before serving
